OUR POLICY


​Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 5 business days of when the order was placed.  

We are not responsible for packages that have been mis-delivered, or lost in the care of USPS. We highly recommend that you make sure you have entered your address in correctly.

Please note: If you get a shipment notification, it does not mean your order is in the mail yet- just that a label was created. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be at the post office.

If your package seems to be missing:
Common issues are that your package is being returned to sender, due to an incorrect address, or is just waiting for pickup at your local post office. Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package!  Be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake! These problems are issues with the USPS and we will do all we can to help, but we have access to only the same information you have, unfortunately.

International Shipping
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AT THE RISK OF THE CUSTOMER.
 
All international orders are shipped via USPS and are handed off to your local post office. 
It can take up to 1-6 weeks to receive your order! 
Customs and import duties may be applied to orders when your shipment reaches its destination-- The Ricco Merch Team is not responsible for these fees. 


Tracking Information
Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with its current location. If your shipment info hasn't been updated within 48 hours of receiving your tracking number please feel free to contact us at ricco.merch@gmail.com

Returns and Exchanges
As the Ricco Merch Team, we make sure every customer is happy.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us at ricco.merch@gmail.com.
Returns are only eligible within 7 days of your delivery date.
Keep in mind, we do not refund shipping and you are responsible for the return postage. The item(s) must be in salable condition upon its return to be eligible for a refund. 

We are unable to refund or cancel orders after they have been shipped. If your order has been shipped and still want a refund, please contact us.
